Administrator of personal data

Purposes and basis of processing

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes: conclusion of a contract by you and performance of this contract (the legal basis for processing is the necessity to perform the contract to which you are a party or to take action at your request before concluding the contract) analytical t.i.e. selection of services to meet the needs of our customers, optimization of our services on the basis of the course of the sales and after-sales service process (the legal basis of processing is our legitimate interest) archiving for the purpose of securing information in the event of a legal need to demonstrate facts (the legal basis of processing is our legitimate interest) researching customer satisfaction and verifying the quality of our services (the legal basis of processing is our legitimate interest) conducting direct marketing (the legal basis of processing is our legitimate interest) sending the Newsletter (the legal basis of processing is the consent you have given) fulfilling a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator e.g. related to related to accounting (the legal basis for processing is the necessity to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator).

Recipients of data

We may share your personal data with the following categories of entities: employees authorized by us, subcontractors, i.e. entities we use to perform services by us, suppliers responsible for the operation of IT systems, entities such as banks and payment operators that handle the order process, entities that provide us with services: accounting, legal, auditing, consulting, courier and postal companies that deliver parcels to you, marketing agencies (to the extent of marketing services), business partners whose offerings complement ours, entities or bodies authorized by law.

Period of data processing

The period of processing of your personal data depends on the purpose of processing, in connection with which: we process personal data until the end of the statute of limitations for potential claims under the contract, personal data obtained for marketing purposes, in the case of processing data on the basis of consent – we process until you withdraw your consent to process them for this purpose, and in the case of processing data on the basis of our legitimate interest – until the duration of marketing actions or until you object personal data are processed until we are no longer under a legal obligation obliging us to process personal data.

Profiling

We use systems for automated decision-making, so we may automatically tailor certain marketing content to you, i.e. perform profiling, using data we have about you. Based on this information, we assign you a profile from the point of view of offering you our services or those of our partners. Decisions made in this automated manner affect the selection of products or services offered to you. Automated decision-making is based on the consent you have given us.

Your rights

You have the right to: request access to your personal data for rectification, delete your personal data, restrict the processing of your personal data, object to further processing of your personal data, transfer your personal data. If the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. If you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or other competent supervisory authority.

Information about the voluntariness of the data

Your provision of personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide certain personal data (identity, address data, email address) may prevent us from providing you with electronic services or ordering by you a service or purchasing goods in the manner specified by you in the order form on our online platform.
